Best BW I have stayed at in Canada as a diamond member. A little out of the way for my trips to Edmonton but this is where I will stay whenever I am in the Edmonton area in the future. Greeted with a small blue bag which not only contained water but also two bags with two cookies each. Breakfast had a station that made omlettes to order! The front end staff took care of my need to freeze my pods overnight for my insulin to keep it cold while I travel during the day. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.
Great stay, quick easy access from highways and all amenities close by. Use of hot tub and steam room made great nights after work
We were here with a hockey tournament and it was a wonderful weekend. The hotel staff was super polite and helpful in every way possible. All the amenities were clean and well maintained and breakfast was fresh with lots of options
Best hotel we've stayed in in North America! Sparkling clean hot tub and pool, friendly and efficient staff, spacious well maintained room and the breakfast! The onsite chef makes omelets to order and he does an outstanding job. This hotel is a jewel in the Best Western portfolio.
Had a wonderful experience. The front desk attendant Cassidy was an absolute delight to deal with both extending my stay and accommodation adjustment. Perfectly trained for her role in dealing with customers. Wish all my stays were greeted with such a friendly warm smile. Truly was a great pleasant experience.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a pool and a sauna, which was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing. The location is convenient and close to everything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating — they even allowed us to check in one hour earlier and check out one hour later, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay here again.
I had a great stay this weekend. It felt clean, high end and the staff were all wonderful. I watched Adrian handle a very difficult woman ,who wanted breakfast 15 min after close, with great patience. He nicely explained breakfast ends at 10 but offered to fix her a small plate anyways even though he had taken everything to kitchen already. He was so sweet and so professional. Lena at the front desk was also lovely. These type of staff will keep me coming back. Thank you for a great experience.
I will return! Honestly, the rooms weren’t clean enough for me, but if we stay in Fort Saskatchewan again, we will still be returning! I called in and had no problem understanding the lady on the phone. Then, when we got to the hotel, the front desk staff were super friendly. Also, I don’t have a credit card, and they had no problem accommodating for a refundable deposit. The staff taking care of breakfast were also friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar had quite a few options. Summary: Friendly staff that speak fluent English, breakfast variety and no need for a credit card. Highly recommend!
